People

Eric Donahoe, PE grew up in Massachusetts and received his Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from the University of Massachusetts Dartmouth. He began his engineering career at Structures Workshop in 2011, a design and connection engineering firm, while living in Providence, RI. There he fostered an interest in designing with steel, wood, and glass. He moved to New York City in 2016 to work on existing buildings, for interior fit-out projects, facade, other large-scale renovations, as well as high-rise residential buildings. He founded Tower House Engineering in 2024.
